Question: How can I get an identical Yahoo response, but in Russian?

Isn't it easier to remake the config and take the weather from Gismeteo, for example?

It seems to me that it doesn't. I have never seen the weather from Yahoo in Russian. The maximum that can be done is to switch to degrees Celsius, but they will still give out the wind in miles per hour.
