How to get the reason for the VK ban by api?

The response to the request returns a link to the page with an unban, but to the mobile version, where there is no reason for the ban:

The page code is also empty, but if you try to simply remove "m." from the returned link to switch to the full version, then the account authorization is there not anymore.
How then can you get the reason for the ban?

And another point - the link is not always returned.
It is clear that where the ban is forever or the time of the ban has not expired, she should not return.
But sometimes it does not return even when the page can already be unfrozen - what is the reason?
How then can you know for sure that the page can already be unfrozen (because checking for the presence of a link in the response is not suitable)?
And accordingly, how can the reason for the ban be obtained in this case?

All via API, without WEB authorization.
Preferably with a token, but you can also use a password.

PS
If anything, I can provide test pages, as well as Python code for test authorizations.
