How to get the range referenced by a variable in the "Name Manager" using an Excel formula without VBA?

I need to define print boundaries in a template file that is included by Mauros to copy and fill in information. In order not to overload the macro, I came to the conclusion that some of the information would be placed inside the template file, in this case I need to determine the boundaries of the print. To take them with a macro and analyze the content within these boundaries.
In the Name Manager (on the Formulas tab), if we create a variable, then we specify the range of values from where this variable will take values, in this case, the standard variable Print_Area is of interest. How can a formula refer to a range in order to then isolate the range from there?

@LuchS-lynx

For example:
INDEX(Named_Range;1;2;1)
AREAS(Named_Range)
COLUMN(Named_Range)
ROW(Named_Range)
And other functions for working with references (see "references and arrays" functions).
