How to get the option to choose an OS when the computer boots?

Hey Ya!
I downloaded Wubi to Windows to install Ubuntu, installed it, but after installing and rebooting the computer, only Ubuntu turns on. Question: how to get the option to select the OS when the computer boots?
Now I can only sit on Ubuntu.
