How to get the information of this tag?

2gis has one span tag that shows the number of organizations,
this tag is hidden in at least 5 tags.
How do I get it:
The span tag itself is in h2, and the h2 tag is in div
That is, this construction:
1 - span class="searchBar__mediaTabTextValue searchBar__mediaTabTotal" (the tag itself)
2 - h2 class="searchBar__mediaTabText"
3 - div class=" searchBar__mediaTab _active _type_all " data-name ="all" title = 'Organizations'
4 - div class="searchBar__mediaTabs"
5 - div class="searchBar__media _visible _mode_results"
6 - div class="searchBar__formsIn"
7 - div class="searchBar_forms"
8 - div id="module-1-2" data-module="searchBar" class="searchBar _mode_directory _transport_bus _city_kaluga _media_expanded _rs _columns_2"
9 - div class="online__searchBar"
Why did I cut it all?
And in order for you to help me find tag number 1, honestly, I went through a loop through all the divams (Manually).
How can I find this tag.
Here is the site itself https://2gis.ru/kaluga/search/%D0%B1%D0%B0%D1%80
And here is a photo of a tree:

A double loop does not help someone, but one line may be enough for someone:
In general, with something like this:
Go to the next resource.
And with statements like this:
Go to your mom, not here. This is where you ask first.
