How to get started with TWIG?

Guys, explain how to start working with twig? There is no access to the console, I install it manually.
Downloaded version of twig 3.x from the hub, flipping through the instructions back and forth, watched 2 starting videos with twig. I understood one thing, php files autoloader or autoload appear in the instructions and videos. I don’t have this in the archive from the hub. Does it need to be downloaded separately or is another fraud needed?
