How to get started with sails?
Google said that sails is the best and I installed it without a hitch. The first thing that flinched the eye was grunt.
Having taken up the study of dependencies, I realized that I was imposing EJS and LESS on me, and this was only from the most basic.
Maybe I didn't understand something and it's possible to work with sails as an mvc framework.. But then how? How can I get a clean mvc-backend, which I will already complete to my liking? And what is task-manager for?

sails-generate-angular-gulp , but reading your requirements I would suggest using pure express + custom mvc.
If you're so cool that Grunt doesn't work for you and LESS isn't good enough for you, then you'll surely find a way to get it right with express.js and your favorite ORM.
