How to get started with LINQ and SQL?

Hello,
I recently learned that System.Linq; since 2008 it has been used to work with data.
To be honest, I have no idea about LINQ and SQL, but I need to learn how to use databases and LINQ.
What sites or literature can you recommend to me?
Or where should I start learning C# with DB?

If you have not worked with SQL at all, then the book by M. Grubber "Understanding SQL" will be just right for you.
