How to get space between flex items?

This is the first time I've encountered such a problem. The justify-content options don't help, setting the width of the blocks manually is also zero reaction, even with !important I'm
using bootstrap 4, reset the native padding of col (which, by the way, also didn't give any space between the blocks), put a margin, everything is ok, but the construct goes outside the container.
