This is a working test case with screenshot generation (TMP.jpeg) every 30 seconds. For 5 minutes - 1/300.
For rtmp publish it will be something like this:

PS about updatefirst instead of update, this is a jamb in the docks :) but ffmpeg itself gives a hint when it starts.
