I'm trying to get the value of the incoming and outgoing network speed on a Linux server using the iftop software.
The problem is that you need to get only 2 values ​​from the monitoring (specified in the screenshot).
Tried to display using grep , but IMHO displays the wrong value.
Please help me figure out these..

You don't need to do this with iftop, there are plenty of better tools for things like this, starting with /proc/net/devand various wrappers above it.
