How to get rid of "waiting for lock" error in TortoiseHG?

To be more precise, I know what to do when it arises. Just delete .wlock in the turnip, even wrote a batch file. But the problem pops up so often that it's already freezing, it happens in many turnips, often several times an hour when trying to pull / push.
Maybe I missed some setting?
Win8.1., THG version 4.5 with Mercurial-4.5, Python-2.7.13, PyQt-5.9.1, Qt-5.9.2.

When "waiting for lock on store" delete store file: .hg/wlock (or it can be in .hg/store/lock )
