How to get rid of vk captcha?

There is a program that changes my vk status every n seconds. If n < 60 seconds, then sooner or later I get VkAPIError: 14. No restrictions seem to be violated. How to get rid of captcha, will proxies save? Perhaps it can be simply processed?
