Good afternoon,
Both of the settings done will not bring results.
I would advise you to make the following settings:
1) Update the exchange modules for 1C and Bitrix
2) Upload during the least load on the site
What are the characteristics of the server?
How many products/offers do you upload?
Are you uploading pictures?
DBMS version?
php version?

It is necessary to deal with such an error in more detail, as a temporary solution, I would suggest uploading files via csv, that is, collecting everything into a temporary file then load in file into mysql (a very fast method of 2 lyama lines in 10 seconds drives into the database on a weak machine
) if on the case, then analyze how long this miracle module 1c has been working here, it seems to me that the problem is in the connection that is falling or the request is too large.
