How to get rid of the long Content Download time when requesting the server?

Greetings. I get ambiguous statistics when responding from the server, namely the content loading time (even if the size is very small, a couple of kilobytes). Sometimes static even hangs like this... What could be the problem?
Axis: CentOS 7
Server: OpenLitespeed
PHP: 7.1 + Zend OpCache

There may be 2 options:

  1. The server and you are next to each other or at least in the same city.
Then either the channel to the server is clogged, or the channel is not very good (the server is in some incomprehensible DC, which has the smallest provider in the city connected), or your provider and the DC do not have a direct junction, so it can drive you through neighboring providers or cities (we look at the trace).
  2. The server is located in one city, and you are in another and not even in the next one.
In this case, if you have a commercial site and its audience is from different cities, connect a CDN for it. This will speed up the loading of content in different cities through a distributed network of CDN servers that cache static files.
CDN provider options: SkyparkCDN , Ngenix , CDNvideo , ClouFlare .

Clogged connections go or keepalive is not enabled, use nginx.
