How to get rid of the floating video window?

On news sites, it’s just lifted up - there’s a video at the top, you don’t want to watch it, you scroll down to the text of the news, and this muck appears in a small window below. Every time you have to close.
How can you turn it off? Baruser chrome.
Searched in the settings, googled - does not help.
Now I remember those sites, I try not to go, but I don’t really like this option.

maybe the adblocker can help, there in the menu on the right button you can "block this element" (I have uBlock )
