How to get rid of the eternal prescribing of the output to the root of the project (using creact ract app)?

The problem is ../../ I always write to go to the root of the project.
Because I don't have direct access to webpack.config from my template creacte react app.
Who solved this problem please tell me?!

Use .env config, just add NODE_PATH variable to .env file:
