How to get rid of the balloon frame on the Yandex map?

I display the addresses of branches and partners on the contact page, using the latest API version 2.1. balloon template is custom, I do it like this:

layout = drawPoint(element);
            myBalloonLayout = ymaps.templateLayoutFactory.createClass(layout);

the template is set, but the "wrapper" of the balloon remains, i.e. my template is inserted inside the balloon joxi.ru/EA4NOP4fwdgeNm . Is there any way to bypass this and get rid of the frame? Those. set 100% custom balloon template.

Have you tried making the standard balloon transparent with css?
