How to get rid of such an unpleasant contraption?

Good afternoon. I installed the latest ubuntu, installed Cairo-Dock, set it up a little for myself, and found such a feature as a black square (if you say that "why do I supposedly press a button to take a screenshot and do a screen like everyone else does it", so I failed to make a screenshot , I do it from the body), and now I have no idea how to remove it, in order to put it all in order, to make it clean?!

Well, you need to find out if the whole cant is Xorg or DM. After that, connect to this thing via SSH and edit the configs for one or the other. Google towards "xorg screen orientation". Here's the first one we found. And in real time, to test without rebooting, you can use the xrandr command

This is the best (in my opinion, of course) dock for Linux

I3wm installed and no problems. I've been on it for 2 years now.
