How to get rid of parallax lags under Chrom?

Good afternoon dear gurus. Such is the problem - I'm trying to use parallax scrolling, just a banal up / down and everything seems to work fine. On FF everything is smooth, but under chrome it is somehow jerky, with lags.
Example (do not judge strictly, the site is still under development - I have been working on the module for a long time) tokyogid.ru/excursion/pervyy-raz-v-tokio
I tried many scripts and everywhere the same thing.
In general, if you have any example of a normal parallax, then please share. Thank you. =)

There is such a solution!) You just need to connect to the page https://github.com/kswedberg/jquery-smooth-scroll
And everything will be smooth in chrome)
