How to get rid of net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error?

I use the yii2-node-socket widget in yii2 , Only it turns out that when the page is loaded, this problem appears in the console GET localhost:3001/socket.io/socket.io.js net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I do not know how to solve it and tried to google, but found nothing special.
Used in console yii nodeSoket/start to enable and got response from console

How to fix this problem?
