How to get rid of Mixed Content on ssl?

The css js site is on a subdomain
When ssl mode is enabled, everything is blocked with an error Mixed Content
Is there any solution to get out of the situation without adding static to the main domain?

Redesign the site so that all embed elements (js, pictures, css, flash, etc.) are loaded via https, obviously.
There is no other way - on an https page, all elements must be downloaded over a secure connection.

As an option, proxy the domain / location from a domain where there is no https.
