How to get rid of error 500 when installing caching plugin?
I install w3 total cache or WP Super Cache caching plugin. When installing on an open server, everything works fine, when installing on a hosting I get a 500 response from the server.
With w3 total cache I only have time to activate, everything immediately falls, I have to delete it via ftp. The admin panel and the site work with WP Super Cache while I'm in the admin panel, but after logging out I get 500 again.
While I was looking for an answer, I looked at debug.php, there is an error that does not occur on the local server:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get( ) on null in /home/my_site/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 123
What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
