How to get rid of duplication of downloaded files when multilingual in modx?

Good afternoon!
I'm making a modx revo shop and I'm having a problem with having to upload files twice for the same product. I understand that this is because of the /en/ prefix in the link.
That is, it turns out that:

example.com/img1.png
example.com/en/img1.png

For example, I need to add a gallery to each minishop2 product.
For a product in Russian, I add images, but for an associated product in English, this gallery is not displayed.
How to solve the problem?

Не надо ничего дублировать. надо либо в настройках сервера перенаправлять запросы на картинки с основного раздела, либо написать сниппет который будет отдавать картинки с нужного адреса
