How to implement on your site protection from third-party software, that is, from bot drivers?

1) None.
2) From schoolchildren like this: put a captcha for comments. Everything.
There is no protection from parsing at all. Unless to give one page to the user every 10 minutes. Then users will leave you. Even if you find some kind of protection against parsing, there is an army of schoolchildren who will manually "parse" for a couple of bucks. OLX, Avito, OZON - they are all parsed (for a penny)
I myself do parsing (in python), so believe me, I know what I'm talking about.
PS: Parsing is not prohibited by law.
