How to get rid of a Trojan that substitutes third-party ad blocks in browsers?

I ran into a problem - in all browsers on sites where there should be adsense blocks or other teasers - the same affiliate program (the code is being replaced everywhere) - how can I get rid of such a trojan and what is it?)

Maybe it's some kind of browser extension. They can disguise themselves as useful extensions, but embed their data into the code of other pages.

1) look in extensions. Extra bang
2) right click on the labels of the browser-properties.
Make sure that the path is, for example, opera.exe , sometimes I see opera.url in my clients in the path and that after the executable there is nothing on the path video and audio, all kinds of media

Haha! Great unobtrusive Trojan! Polite and stylish! :-D
1) Check what starts via autoruns.exe
2) Check with two or three antiviruses from top detections.
3) Maybe hijackthis will say something useful.
4) Look in hosts
