How to get real-time information about comments on Instagram?

I can’t find info anywhere from the Instagram developers on getting real-time data about the receipt of comments for my photos.
The article contains information only about uploading new photos of my friends. That's great, but I'm not interested in knowing about the publication of photos of my friends, it's more important for me to know when someone writes something under my photos.
Maybe there is some solution?
I will be very grateful for your help.
