Payment systems

How to get practice in connecting and setting up payment systems?

What are the free services or with a test period with the ability to receive technical advice and with a clear theoretical part?

How will the issue with the accounts to which the money is transferred be solved, in the absence of them and the corresponding registration, in the absence of the organization receiving the payment and those who make the payments?

read about the basics at
artimovich.com/#boock
on an individual, you can accept card payments using Yandex money
those documentation and there is an email support
https://money.yandex.ru/docs/wallet
also for many payment services that work only with companies - it is possible to get test access for configuration

The setting of each payment system is unique to some extent. That is, the experience of working with a savings bank is unlikely to be useful in the case of Yandex money (or whatever they are called now
)
And someone gives a merchant for the developer, try to write to their support - maybe they will issue it.

What for? No, seriously?
Connecting payment systems is the same work with API using HTTP (most often POST or GET) requests, like any other work with API on the web. If you are an experienced web programmer, then when the connection issue arises, then you will read the documentation for a specific payment system, run everything in test mode, and then switch to combat.

How will the issue with the accounts to which the money is transferred be solved, in the absence of them and the corresponding registration, in the absence of the organization receiving the payment and those who make the payments?

In general, the programmer should not worry about this question, the accounting department does this.
Or are you interested in the issue not from the technical side, but as a CEO/accountant?

everywhere there is a test environment / sandbox, and where not, you don’t need it
, and besides, you won’t find antifraud specifics anywhere, only in some video presentations and maybe articles on Habré, and this is a much more important factor than passing bytes via API
