How to get posts from vk.com in python as they are published using vk_api?

Hello everyone, wt. connoisseurs! Is there any way to get the content of posts from VKontakte using the Python language and the vk_api library? I searched the entire Internet - I didn’t find anything worthwhile:
Roughly speaking, the executable script must wait until the user releases / posts a new entry on his / community page and then outputs its contents to the console (the text of the entry itself and a direct link to the photo species https://sun1-88.userapi.com/, if any)

So say that you are too lazy to understand the topic. Or that you don't know how to write at all. There are plenty of examples, instructions and lessons. All of them are available online.
