How to get permission to send push notifications to all subdomains?

There are many subdomains, but when requesting "permission to send push notifications", only 1 subdomain gets permission. How to do this for all subdomains? Or, as always, get permission and work with push notifications only from the main domain, i.e. we ask for permission to send pushes on a subdomain, and we get permission to send pushes from the domain (all subdomains will be reduced to the main domain).
