How to get oauth token in ejabberd?

The third day I struggle with the oauth setting. I set up everything according to this manual docs.ejabberd.im/admin/guide/oauth , go to: localhost:5280/oauth/authorization_token?response_... , enter login, password, server and I will be redirected to the page with the GET parameter access_denied, although I am 100% sure that the username and password are correct. I created these users myself. What could be the problem?
