How to get LongOperatorName in android?

It is required to know LongOperatorName, ShortOperatorName, OpertorID. Digging through the documentation, I found that this information is in the PhoneState class, but it doesn’t say how to get an object of this class, and I didn’t try it in the forehead and in different ways.
