How to get link to parent category in wordpress?

the entire search engine was jammed to holes. Can you tell me how to display a link to the parent in the subcategories?

the site has a menu with sub-headings, displayed both on parent and non-child headings. It's tedious to add a link that leads the parent (upper heading)
