For a long time freelancing on PHP + JS (JQUERY) + BOOTSTRAP
I decided to master web development in Python. I have already studied the basics of Python, now I have a choice of what to learn next - in terms of the framework.
Which is better to choose in 2018 - Django or Flask? What books in Russian would you recommend?

Both at once. It's better to start with Django.

There is criminally little information on django in Russian, on the same YouTube there are a lot of videos where they teach shit coding. I had to hire a mentor at the very initial stage, collect information bit by bit in Runet, and learn to read the official doc
