How to get information about the conversation that the bot is in?

The bot is in a conversation (in the usual conf, where I added it)
How to get information about this conf?

Messages.getConversationsById is perfect, but it returns:
{"response":{"count":0,"items":[]}}

I get it like this:

peer_id comes in a message with message_new
Access_token event group, not user

The bot must be a conf administrator. :)
