How to get iCloud Drive to work properly?
There are three pieces of iron: MacBook, iPhone, iPad. Everyone has one AppleID and one iCloud account.
Synchronization is enabled everywhere, everyone is in the same Wi-Fi network.
On the MacBook, I uploaded the files to iCloud Drive, on the iPhone they appeared and were available, synchronized almost instantly.
I go to iCloud Drive on the iPad - it's empty there, some old versions in general.
I go to the settings and see the following picture there:
What should I do? I want to see them there in this way, why doesn’t it work, where to poke?
By whom and how are the files encrypted and why are they not visible?

All in all, I don't know what's going on here. I connected the iPad to the computer with a wire - everything turned out to be buggy, it turned out to be a curved wire, I took another wire - everything was synchronized and it all worked. Magic, damn it.
Similar claims to iCloud Drive, it works slowly and according to some of its own laws ... Versioning is different on all devices, minimal changes of 1 MB have been updated for years.
