How to get hundreds of results from Google Places API?

I am using the googlemaps library for python3.
I get a maximum of 3 pages, i.e. 41-49 results, stupidly on the third page there is no next_page_token, although for the same request through the browser the results were overdone.
Is this some kind of API limitation or what? Is it possible to get more?
