How to get gender and birthday using Firebase Authentification in Angular?

At the moment, you can get the following user data: image, name, provider.
How can I get more information? Interested in gender and age. I tried, as it is written to add provider.addScope (), but apparently, I'm doing something "wrong" or there are no settings in the provider to receive this data.
I would like to see a more advanced example, starting from the settings and ending with the output in the console.log.
