How to get follower list from third party account without Instagram api?

Hey! I need to get a list of its subscribers (public profile) from a third-party account by its id or nickname without asking for permissions. Can this be done somehow from js bypassing the api? If so, how, and are there any risks that they will block it. The number of calls from 1 ip for such a request is about 1-2 per minute.

No way, then the insta site is built entirely on api, so you still have to make one api request
