How to get files from Network/Media?

Good day to all. Can you please tell me how to automate the extraction of these files?

I know how to do it manually, but... It's not cool :)
Every time I open a certain link in the address bar, I get these files automatically.
Maybe someone knows a chrome extension to "pull" them?
Or if you open these URLs through PUPPETEER / Nightmare, can you somehow save these files from the cache?
Or is it enough to send a literate GET request to this URL?
I don't know what is better\easier\correct anymore, and I don't have enough skills to write "ninja code" :(
