How to get Facebook reviews via API?

Good afternoon. You need to get reviews from the Facebook page. The /page_id/ratings method is only available with the administrator's page access token. I don’t understand why this is so, if anyone can see the reviews. I tried to look at Facebook mobile application requests - there is a request to https://graph.facebook.com/graphql - I'm trying to figure it out. I did not find anything in the FQL documentation on reviews.
