How to get data from smart watch to android app?

I have a question for you. Is it possible to implement the following:
300-500 people conditionally work at our production site. We want to equip them with a GPS watch. These watches are tied to android or iOS without any problems one to one. 1 watch for 1 gadget. Is it possible to bind 300-500 hours to one computer (site) with its coordinates, heart rate, body temperature and other functions that the watch is equipped with. So that we can monitor all employees. What should be used for this?
