How to get data from second base in Blade?

I transfer data from the database from the controller to the template, it displays a data plate in a cycle. And how can I make a new request depending on the data in the first table.
For example, a list of applications (name, phone number) is displayed, but how can I immediately display data in the same table if this user has a signed contract in the past (from the contract table and search by phone number)?
