How to get data from qiwi notification url sent to my server after successful payment?

I make a payment on the site via qiwi p2p or how I can’t get the data from the answer sent to me after a successful payment! verification by invoice is not of interest (there are no problems with this verification), you need to get the data that qiwi sends me! Show someone an example... the documentation only says that a POST request comes in. The server logs are clean, they only write that a post request came and everything is without errors, but I can't pull out the data.
