I am writing a telegram bot. Made a connection to MySQL with Heroku. How do I get data from Heroku via Workbench or console?

The Mysql instance that is accessed from Heroku has a host, user, and password that can be set as parameters either in the Mysql console client or in the Mysql Workbench.
