How to get data from Google Sheets on a website?

It is necessary to get data from google spreadsheets on the site. Can't even connect to api. What I did:
1. downloaded from here https://github.com/google/google-api-php-client/re... google-api-php-client-2.2.0
2. uploaded to vendor server
3. In console.developers.google created a project, populated the OAuth Access Request Window tab and created the credentials, downloaded the json file
