How to get data from another model?

Good afternoon. Help me figure it out. There are two models in jung.

Users. With the fields "mob operator code" (981, 999, etc.) and "tag" (accounting, managers, etc.) Newsletter. With the same fields + additional fields for mailing settings.

I can't figure out how to send the list of specified fields in the user to the mailing list so that in the admin panel it would be possible to select already entered fields from the user when setting up the mailing list.

For example, we save the user with the operator code "999" and the tag "Accountant". We go to the mailing list settings and there in the same field we select the previously entered operator code "999" and the "Accountant" tag in the user.
