How to get data from a password-protected iPad?

Good day,
when updating the firmware of the iPad, a password was set to enter the OS. Password forgotten/lost. Question:
Can I roll back to the previous version of iOS with the old settings, where there is no password?
or
How to get data from the iPad if there is no password?
Thanks in advance!

@Shamaal

You are also lucky that the option to automatically erase all data after the Nth number of incorrect password attempts was not enabled. My friend lost all his data on his iPhone this way.
Has iPad been synced with any of your computers?
1. If yes, then read the instruction on Quora: Recovering data from a password-protected iPad using ...
2. Make a backup using a computer that was previously used (Trusted computer) from an iPad and third-party software: www.wondershare.com/disk -utility/forgot-ipad-scree...
If the iPad has not synced with any of the computers before, then you will have to ERASE ALL data to turn on the iPad. I don't know of any other options, maybe someone knows more.
PS: For the future, make a backup of important information periodically. If you don't like Tuna, then there are alternatives: CopyTrans (I use it myself, but most of the programs are paid), iFunBox and other third-party software.
