How to get browser history using wifi?

Folks, I saw this on one of the shows. so a person connected to another person's wi-fi could see his browser history. Well, that is:

a person connects to a friend's wi-fi and watches his story from his PC. Is it possible to do this, and is it true?

Don't watch these shows. Lies. Probably, such "transmissions" are filmed by mother's hackers, who here every day ask how to install Kal iLinux.

As far as I know, on Android devices it is possible, for example, if you gave a friend your tablet, then you can see his browser history from your phone, and on the tablet and on the phone, Google Account is logged in under your account.

Of course you can! To do this, you must install KaliLinux! Nothing will come of it without him. Then you need to get a CCM on Google, even a master is better. Learn to filter information that flies in through blue screens. Read tons of information about networks, administration, operating systems. Learn how it all works from the inside. By that time, the age will exceed 30. And it will be possible to throw all this out of my head with a light heart.

Not claiming to be true, but ... it all depends on the context that was mentioned in the "transmission".
For example, "browser history" may well mean traffic that a "neighbor" on the network intercepts, decrypts and thus looks at which sites his "friend" climbs.
