How to get basic knowledge of HTML, JS and Python?

You need to get basic knowledge of HTML, JS and Python in order to make it easier to understand and implement a home automation project on RaspberryPI from this resource electromost.com/index/sodezhanie_statej_po_raspbe ...
in your head)?
2. How much time do you have to kill learning? (there is a goal, desire, time and desire to learn)
3. Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation - nothing more (how much English is needed to obtain this knowledge, otherwise it may be necessary to start with it)?
Surely someone will have a question: "Why do I want to get this knowledge, because you can just follow the articles on the site and copy-paste ready-made scripts, etc., etc.?". I’ll answer right away: “1. It’s just interesting for me to replenish the treasury of my IT experience. 2. If problems arise, not only write to the forum and wait for an answer, but start at least solving the problem yourself or looking for its root. 3. Fill up the forum with possible solutions problems or actively participate in solving problems together with members of the forum (I don’t like to just be such a “why” who only asks and waits for the problem to be solved for him)."
PS I have already tightened up the radio electronics with practice, I even almost made a radio module and a weather station according to the diagrams from the articles on the above site.

1. Start learning the language, it's probably worth starting with Python, although I would advise C to start, well, read the CS50 lectures in Russian .
2. 3 months is the minimum time for full-time studies to start doing something intelligible. Well, if in the evenings after the main work, then in half a year you can master Python well and understand the basics of JS. HTML can not be considered a language, it's just markup, the basic principles are simple and clear, the only difficulty can be with CSS.
3. English needs to be pumped in any case, and studying will contribute to this.

If problems arise, not only write to the forum and wait for an answer, but start at least solving the problem yourself or looking for its root.
Learn how to ghoul :) A very valuable skill. I very rarely write to various kinds of "questionnaires" like a toaster, and as a rule they cannot give me a clear answer to them, in 99% of cases I find the answer myself.
